Project requirements

The core requirement of this project is to digitally transform the health and safety system and bring a smooth EHSQ process to one of the biggest facility management companies in the MEA region.

Key challenges

Organizations face the headache of the day-to-day EHSQ activities like auditing and inspections of a gigantic workforce. The leading products in the industry couldn't satisfy the client's requirements.

Solution implementation

The client wanted a simple yet efficient solution. We understood the objectives and goals for the ESHQ requirement through a deep analysis of the situation. Deploying a design-thinking approach, we further conducted discussions and interviews with the client stakeholders and users before developing the solution. The workers can use the newly developed ESHQ solution to manage their day-to-day activities, such as incident reporting, auditing, inspections, permit management, and training.
