Project requirements

The client wanted to develop an application to manage their tenders, which was manual. They also wanted a front-end application where contractors could see the tenders and apply for them, whereas the team evaluates tenders as part of an approval process.

Key challenges

The current system was manual, where people sent tender invitations and received proposals by mail. Valuations took place in a meeting. The whole process took time in the procurement team's daily routine.

Solution implementation

We developed a solution that automates the whole tender life cycle, right from the invitation to invoice processing. The portal also made the procurement team evaluate the tenders with an approval workflow where the authorized person can approve or reject them depending on the inputs from the team. The team can rank a tender on a scale from 1 to 10, avoiding malpractices.
