Majid Al Futtaim believes in and strives to incubate happiness by making great moments for everyone every day. The company creates innovative brands, destinations, and spaces that burst with ingenuity. Any organization finds it hard to manage the day-to-day EHSQ activities like incident reporting of a gigantic workforce. Though the holding company tried out the industry's leading service providers, no solutions could satisfy their requirements. The core requirement of this project is to bring digital transformation to the health and safety system. We built a platform for the client that helped their employees manage their day-to-day EHSQ activities like reporting, auditing, permit management, and inspections. Furthermore, the company could generate analytics and reports with a single click. Over 1300 employees use the portal daily while saving over 2 hours of their time daily. The company conserved its YoY licensing fee in terms of product purchasing.


  • Incident and Accident Reporting - Employees or management can report whenever a hazardous incident or accident happens on the floor. The system notifies the authorities whenever an incident occurs, prompting them for swift response.
  • Audit Management - The audit management module helps the authorities handle the oversight, governance, and established procedures, including the preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up procedures.
  • Inspection Management - The module handles the inspection management, helping the authorities schedule various inspections, upload the results, and take prompt actions.
  • Permit to work management - The module helps the authorities manage various work permits of their employees, setting the precautions required to complete the work safely based on an HSE risk assessment.
  • Risk Assessment - The admins can run various risk assessment tests and protocols to identify potential hazards, analyze what could happen if a disaster or hazard occurs, and find ways to mitigate them.
  • Checklist Management - The checklist management module helps project managers track their tasks, requirements, goals, and deadlines.
